About Us
Filadelfia Los Angeles was birthed out of an encounter with Jesus, which led our Pastor, Pablo D. Guijarro to the Philadelphia Ministry based in Mexico. Holy Spirit led us to the city of Pacoima in Los Angeles County, where we are pursuing Jesus at Any Cost. Our hearts cry is to know Jesus, and make Him known to a world which desperately needs Him. Our desire is to see Jesus, the Lamb who was slain, receive the full reward for His Sufferings. We live to be the answer to the Prayer of Jesus In the gospel of John 17, when he prayed, “Father, just as you are in Me and I am in you, may they be in Us”. Our calling is to be the fulfillment of the Lord’s Prayer, “Your Will be done, Your Kingdom come, on Earth, as it is in Heaven”. We don’t belong to any denomination, nor do we fit any religious box. If you would like to know who and what we are, open up your bible to the Gospels of Jesus and the book of the Acts. We love and follow Jesus, by obeying and keeping His Word. In obedience to His Word we preach the Good News, and in obedience to His Word we heal the sick, cast out demons, set free the captives and raise the dead. Let it be known…

Our Mission
Our Mission is to Know Jesus, and to make Him known. To be filled with the Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead and freely give what we have freely received. Finally the Lord has called us “To equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” – Ephesians 4:12-13
We believe that by equipping believers with the tools and knowledge they need, we can empower each person to live out their God-given purpose and bring the love and message of Christ to others. Our church exists not only to strengthen those within the church family but also to serve as a light to our city and beyond.
Our Vision
At Filadelfia Los Angeles, we envision a church where:
- People experience the transforming power of Jesus born-again, baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit.
- The saints are equipped for ministry, prepared to serve God in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
- The body of Christ grows in unity and maturity, reflecting the love, grace, and truth of Christ in all that we do.
- Outreach is central to our calling, as we reach out to the lost, the broken, and those seeking hope.
Our Ministries
John 13:13-17 (NIV)
13 “You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. 14 Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. 15 I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. 16 Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. 17 Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.
Serving others is the heavenly calling of every believer and follower of Jesus. We are called to serve one another, and to wash one another’s feet. The Apostle Paul puts it like this,
“Consider others as more important than yourself”,
and Jesus said,
“Greater love has no man than this, that one lay down his life for his friends”.
We joyfully invite anyone who is part of our Church Family and has taken our discipleship courses to join our serving staff and serve God’s Saints. For we know that we show our love for God by how we love our neighbor. So may God put it in your heart to join us and sow into the kingdom of heaven.
